We are seeking to provide care for those who otherwise would have no access to medical care.

Any Individual who does not have private or government funded medical insurance is eligible.  If a patient qualifies for a government or private insurance (see list below), the Clinic will refer the patient to the appropriate agency.  However, the Clinic will treat the current episode while the appropriate enrollment is pursued.

(Medicaid, SoonerCare, Indian Health Service, Veteran’s Health Benefits, Private Health Insurance)

Patients seeking treatment that do not meet eligibility criteria will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  The Clinic policy will be to treat every patient that visits the Clinic.  Depending on the requirements or limitations of funding sources available to the Clinic, eligibility criteria may be modified.

Referral sources will be identified and coordinated from supporting hospitals and other health service organizations to enhance care for our patients.
